These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the rules and responsibilities between Allen Scott Photo Booths, LLC(“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the client (“Customer,” “you”) regarding photo booth rental services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

• A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your booking.
   
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival to event.
   
• Bookings are confirmed only when deposit payment has been received.
   

• Cancellations made 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus the deposit.
   
• Cancellations made after this period may result in loss of full payment.
   
• If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including deposit.
   

• The Customer must provide adequate space, power, and access for the photo booth. If it is an outdoor event and there is no shade or there is no power the customer will be charged $50 shade tent and/or $50 for generator.
   
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring venue approval and meeting venue requirements (e.g., Wi-Fi for instant sharing, power outlets).
   
• Additional fees may apply for difficult setups (e.g., stairs, long distances for unloading).
   

• The Customer and guests agree to treat the equipment respectfully.
   
• Allen Scott Photo Booths, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by misuse of the equipment.
   
• Damages caused by the Customer or guests will result in additional charges.
   

• Rental time begins and ends as stated in the contract.
   
• Delays caused by the Customer or venue do not extend service time.
   
• Overtime may be available at an additional fee if requested.
   

• All media captured during the event will be provided to the Customer as agreed (digital gallery, USB, etc.).
   
•  retains the right to use sample images or videos for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing by the Customer.
   
• Guests acknowledge that by using the photo booth, they consent to being photographed/filmed.
   

• Allen Scott Photo Booths, LLC is not liable for:
   
  • Venue restrictions preventing setup or use of equipment.
     
  • Power outages, internet issues, or technical failures beyond our control.
     
  • Incidents caused by guest behavior.
     
• If service cannot be provided due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, illness), we will refund payments made, minus any services already provided.
   

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Indiana.

By booking with Allen Scott Photo Booths, LLC, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
